I maybe getting a JTM 45 R.I.

Anybody else have one or tried one B4? I see it use's 6550's and is 30 watts.
It's getting droped of here Tue. ( I'm guessing it's in some foum of Disrepair)
I'm curious to see what this thing can do?

I think it's 6L6's and 45 Watts. If it's been modded with 6550's, it'll be even louder.
They're cool amps, kinda like a Bassman or Bluesbreaker. Real tubby in the mids like a Matchless Chieftain. I think they're the best Marshall for strats.

Tubby is right. The one I played had really nice twangy cleans, but at high volumes the low end and even the mids started to flub out in a very very nasty way. The store that had it had been trying to sell it forever. I know I would have been happier with something like a 1987x Reissue from Marshall. KILLER amps.
