Do you mean the baseplate, like this one or this one? What specific model pickup are you attaching it to - one that had a baseplate originally, or one that never had a baseplate?

Neither my friend. do any have experience or wha? the plat that you ground the pickuptoo and the springs connects to it to keep the bridge inplace.

I would say google it, but with your typing, I doubt you'd get any results. You might want to work on that, and maybe someone might descipher what you're talking about, because we're clueless about what type of "bridge pickup" you're talking about (tele, strat, some sort of humbucker)?. Or is it the whole bridge assembly of a telecaster, minus the saddles?.
