I need a (not so) custom body

Can anyone tell me where i can get/ who will make a body for me.

I just want a tele style, hollow, f-hole, top routed for the normal control plate, routed for a top loading bridge (i'll be using a bigsby)

here's the catch. of course i want to get it as cheap as i can. warmoth is too expensive for me for this. USACG is even more. If i compromised for the routs and got a fender body, it'd just cost the same.

Any Ideas?

I don't know of anyplace that will do what you want for what you're willing to pay. I would keep an eye on the Warmoth showcase, sometimes you can find some good deals there on pre-made bodies and necks. But otherwise, I would suggest saving up some cash and getting it from Warmoth.
