well..since i live in korea...without internet ordering..should i be able to find them at my local hardware, electric shop or something?

That might make it tough, but Caig Labs Deoxit is the very best there is.

Damn right! Deoxit D5 ... but any tuner cleaner will suffice, you've got to have some type of electronics supply shop around you ... I mean it's Korea ... 1/2 of everything electronic is made there ... :laugh2:

HOLY SH**!! $25 for an electrical cleaner!! c'mon! the most expensive ive seen was 10 bucks! :yell:
dammit, price tags in korea are unbelievable.

Actually, Caig products are expensive here too. I think the little can I have was $35. The thing is, its worth it. Use it sparingly. I've had the same can for about ten years. I've got some old car stereos that had scratchy pots 15 years ago. Treated with Deoxit, and they still are smooth and quiet today.

Its that good.

You ever notice how you can take a guitar cable that has that gummy white oxidation on it (like one found in the back of a gear drawer or what have you), and spray a bit, wipe with a cloth, and the cable plug looks shiny new?
Most tuner cleaners don't do that ...
