Stil trying to get my recording gear finished up so i can record stuff with my band.. so far everything is working out great. Now i need to get equiped with some good monitors.. Ive decided to go with seperate amp/monitors since it seems like the best for versatility and offers less of a trouble for repair/replacement if something goes wrong or if i want to upgrade later on.
So far ive been told to get Tannoy, ive heard and know of Tannoy and looked up the Tannoy Reveal 6 passive monitors since they are quite affordable and if they serve Tannoys reputation well will deliver a pretty decent sound quality.
As for power amp im not sure but i found Samson Servo and ART SLA to be reasonably priced and i havnt read any bad things about those so far.
Would those be good choices to start off with? any other suggestions?
