Well ,If the whole guitar would be filled with epoxy-resin ,it would sound more like Acryl I think.
I think ,the best way it to fill the top really intensive ,and than fill the shell mildly.
It's a big difference for shure.
Filling the cavities didn't change much ,since the paintjob is not perfect and the neck pocket doesn't "grab" the neck as it should.
But even it's not perfect ,it sounds terrific.More highs ,more midds ,more sustain.I can't describe how the sustain changed...
But I never ever would use this kind of "method" for a telecaster or a "vintage" sounding instrument.It's just too clear ,artivulate and strong!

I just listened to a couple of those pickup demos. That guy playing is like Steve Vai on meth. My head almost exploded.

Man, It's like you upped the contrast, colour and gamma correction on a tv set!

So, is that real Fire Engine Red? I'd love to see what that stuff would do on a graphic to highlight some details. As a whole guitar... who needs spotlights with that colour lol

Hahaha.It's even worse in Person Luis!
There where security cameras in Recording studio (The console was 600000 euros Neve 88RS) and those cameras had problem to adjust the contrats/follw it heheh...Crazy stuff.
The original Idea was to make a crazy Swirl Job with blue ,purple and this color.
My New Custom 6 stringel will be this color and neon purple on fkamed maple heheh:D
Even the sides of the maple board and the inlays will be this red!:beerchug:

From charcoal to flaming red......very appropriate for a BBQ'er.

A Vegan BBQ'er. Interesting, yet sad! LOL

I know you have talked about having a bright orange guitar before, and it's good to see that you went through with it. The results are as obnoxious as they are awesome. The only thing I would think of doing is matching the Ibanez logo to that color...would complete the package until the new neck is done. Don't give up on the blue/orange swirl though, as I can see that being the daemon BBQ trademark someday.

So I've got to ask...and maybe he'll answer....what crazy color does Rid have in the works?

Secondly, what exercises are you doing to make your fingers skinny enough to be able to fret the 25th and 26th frets properly...maybe Epoxy-resin treatment to your fingernails to turn them into demon claws?

Hahahaha.
Man swirls are fun bu really had to do .It's like ation painting ,you get sometimes an amazing paint ,but it's only "sometimes" zuahuahuahuah.

I don't know what Rid would do in the future ,bu if he paints his guitars like he plays ,we can assume it's going top be crazy heheh:D

Well the 25. and 26. is not a problem since the scale get's bigger.2" longer scale makes it possible.
