I want to buy your old project that's just sitting around

I had so much fun putting that old Gretsch back together that I'm poking around for my next project. Ideally it would be a Gibson, Fender, Gretsch or other somewhat known quantity guitar that you always said you'd get around to fixing and just never will. A stripped out husk is more than welcome. Let me know if you got anything. I'd be happy to look!

I just walked away from a 50th Anniversary Gold MIM Strat for $395 at my Mom & Pop. The paint was lifting on the back big time, the wood was visibly through the cracks, and it would be a total refinishing job. I could have peeled off a 6x10 chunk of paint with my fingers. The thing played like a beast. I almost got it until I did the math, tuners, bridge, pickups...I am over $500 right there.

I got an old pine Tele body and a Chinese neck

And a pickguard pickups and hardware

All but put together.

Been sitting round for almost a decade now

Couple of threads on here about it

What's it worth to ya?

Thank you.

I should re-phrase

I want to buy your old project that's been sitting around that has potential to be something awesome.

I still have 2 Fender strats a Tagima jazzmaster, Tagima tele, & a SKI LP Copy, to play with. I'm still able to move around so I'm not ready to give them up yet. I have tons of pots, switches, resistors, capacitors, etc, what I don't have is pickups.

I'll run this up your flagpole, and see who salutes. My old B.C. Rich Warlock, NJ Series. Pearl White. That's Nagoya Japan. Not New Jersey. My research tells me that only the first series was MIJ. Subsequent models were MIK. I believe my serial number equates to MIK. All the switches and pots are long gone. I can't remember if the pups are still in it. Hell . . . I can't even remember if I can find the guitar itself. But I think it's under the bunk-bed in the grandkids bedroom.

I'm never going to do anything with this. I'm old, and have too many irons in the fire.

Make me an offer. Shipping will be the b***h. (Pun intended.)
