They don't look as bright white as that pic leads on, they are more of a vintage creamy white (unfortunately). I put EMG P85's in mine.

I nearly bought one... there was one at GC that played great.

Buy the time I saved up for it it had been sold, and they had another that didn't play so great. Wasn't resonant, felt cheap, pickup was VERY noisy (and on the other one, they were a bit noisier than typical p90s). Decided to pass on it, though the first one would have been a great deal at that price range.

I decided to splurge a bit and bought my gibson.

I still want to own a p90 guitar... I might keep trying them out and see

I found the bridge P90 to sound thin on 4 models I played, including my own. Even witht he P85 in the bridge it's still a little on the thin side, and the 85 is one fat pickup. I think it may have something to do with the tail piece. However, the workmanship and quality is great, the neck shape and frets are outstanding and it plays like butter and feels very nice. The neck P85 sucks, as I suspected too hot and fat. I'll either swap it out for a P60A or just put a decent vintage style passive P90 back in it keep the P85 bridge.
