I will probably never finish this.

looks cool to me! what kinda bridge is it drilled for? i think a clear "eye" with a colored led behind it would be sick

Def has a sinsiter/gothic vibe. Bet it would look great onstage w/ one of the King Diamond guitar guy's rocking it. I'd love to see it finished :bigthumb:

Buck up little chipparoo. . . Why so negative, what have you got if not time? Not planning on checking out soon or anything like that, are you?
You thought I insulted your Ninja Turtles guitar once, when all I asked was if it was spalted wood. Blame it on my eyes & using a phone. I actually thought it was an excellent premise.

Don't ever give up on anything that you want to do.

this body looks bad ass, finish the guitar.

Unfortunately creativity and drive comes in waves. So essentially I'm waiting for the next wave. I'm hoping it comes along.

I've been doing more art recently and working on my house and car.

But tapping out yet mate.

I totally get it. I've currently got 10 guitars that are nearly finished and have been for 4-5 months because I lost motivation. Some of them only need final polishing and put them together.

But that's a cool idea that should be worked on. Just one step at a time and it'll be finished in no time (I keep telling myself that).

It's kinda funny that for the past three years I was so motivated and excited about building guitars that I'd start one or two every week. And I'd have ideas in my head for 3 or 4 more all the time. Then I had a serious spinal surgery, eye surgery and wrist surgery and I just haven't seemed to get back in the groove.

Just hang in there, the motivation will return eventually.

Yeah, physical/medical crap really knocks it out of you, you just have to cling on to whatever that little spark is that gives you inspiration. It gets dim, but don't ever let it go out.
