F protools.

That would be a beast of a gaming rig.

There ARE enough slots to run another ASUS GTX570 since this card takes up 3 SLOTS!
Photo doesnt do this card justice it's effin' EUGE!

And since it has fans, not the best thing for an audio recording workstation.

Beg to differ. One this system is very quiet with the insulated corsair case and two you should NOT have any live mics in the desk room to record anyways. People sitting and moving around in chairs/breathing/fidgeting is louder than any high quality fan! The corsair H100 has 3 settings and this cooler on the low setting is quieter than a standard case can. This case also has an upgraded case fan which is extremely quiet fan. Video card will not kick up the fans durning audio work. Only heavy gaming.

It is a high quality recording box. No issues and the equipment in it is perfectly fine
I've been doing audio recording for YEARS and have never had any issues with fans.

My home systems have always been dual boot. One for recording and one for gaming. If you do buy it for DAW buy a $60 silent card if you absolutely feel the need and sell the gtx for $175+ on eBay
Perfectly FINE DAW box thanks!

My current recording box is a ASUS Sabertooth X79, i7-3820 (will upgrade to ivy-e later), 560ti-448 graphics card, H100i cooler, similar case, exact same power supply with more of a draw/heat due to 2 SSD drives and x4 hard drives (audio and sample library drivers). No issues with fans or noise or heat.

I'm curious what you are using for your DAW system/pics or what you have used that DID cause an issue over other people being in the live mic room that DIDN'T cause more issues than a quiet case fan.

$900?

I build DAWs for a living.

Even if you're not recording vocals/mic'd instruments next to the computer, you still want the computer as quiet as possible while you're working. Ideally you want the computer in another room/closet, but that's not always an option.

I've only done about 8 with 0 problems. Most people don't have a mic that can pickup an ant farting so the fans in the system I have are a non-issue, or any system ive built. Read post above, anyone in the live mic room would make more noise than a mic would pickup before this system. And like I said, you can sell the gtx, make money and get a fanless card. But this is a factory sound insulated case too. It's not an issue man, your anality blowin up my post is. This system is quieter than my Mac Pro I had which is an avid approved system for pro tools.

Thanks for your "concern"
You wanna buy it?
