Picked her up yesterday & am impressed. Planning to upgrade the bridge pickup as soon as i can but the stocks sound pretty good. I'm also enjoying the fixed bridge as I've never had one before, it's a piece of piss to restring as well.

My cat Gizzy approves too.

Awesome!!! I've been waiting to see a NGD post from you about this.

I'll have you know, this thread inspired me to finally acquire a "real" destroyer as well. I still enjoy the DTX-120, but the full size Destroyers are just wonderful. I love how you can feel the resonance of the entire body on these. Very comfortable to play, too. Soooooo slinky!!!

Your cat looks too darn comfortable sitting near that thing. I think you need to crank it up and teach Gizzy to respect the Destroyer!

P.S.: I know what you mean about restringing it. That tailpiece is kinda whack, but it gets the job done.

Cheers guys. Used it tonight at band practice, felt great & sounded killer with the stock so once i upgrade to a Duncan i'ts gonna be awesome.

Hey Dr Veg i meant it was so easy to restring compare to a Floyd or Kahler. :laughing:
