i think i will buy a 5150 head, a set of SD custom shop pickups or an Ibanez GUITAR... can you HELP ME?
i see this Ibanez in my Local EBAY here in Brazil called MERCADOLIVRE, something like FREE MARKET in english... and i want to knwo from you if it is Good enough and if it is trully Japan, etc.
can you help me?

Without trying any of these guitars, out of the two you already have and one you're thinking of buying, I'd take the Ibanez last. Rather save the guitar money for a good cab. You do know that cabs are at least equally important to a good sound as an amp?

Don't know if it's because i m in Europe, but i ve seen millions of RG's and this is the first RG550 or RG1550(newer code/model) with a rosewoord fretboard, allways maple ones, since ages...
Strange, could be a different model over there, but could have been a replaced neck as well so watch out anyhow!!
