Ok, all you Ibanez guys.......Which neck is thicker, the rg prestiege necks, or the rg wizard II necks?

Being a Prestige neck does not have anything to do with the thickness or width of the neck, it just indicates the neck was treated and finished in a specific way to give it a more 'played-in' feel.
That said, a Prestige Wizard is nothing more than a Wizard that was given a specific treatment. And the Wizard differs from the Wizard II by a few millimetres, I think they're 19 mm at the nut and 22 at the 12th fret, from memory. I may be wrong though.

The Wizard is also a C shape while the Wizard II is a D shape with a flat spot running along the back. I personally can't stand the WII, while the original Wizard is pretty comfy apart being pretty skinny. I prefer thicker necks but if I were to buy an Ibby it would have to have the Wizard.

There is a noticable difference between a wizard and wizard II, the wizard II being slightly thicker...
I've a wizard neck on my RG570 and now that I'm used to it I really enjoy playing on it.
I think older RG550s had an even thinner neck called a super wizard? Or maybe I'm not remembering correctly.
