Does anyone here use and like any of these pedals: Ibanez DS-7 distortion, PH-7 Phaser, CF-7 Chorus/Flanger, SM-7 SmashBox, DE-7 StereoDelay? They look to be reasonably priced. They are probably good "starter" pedals aren't they. Can they be tweaked and modded?

I like the 2 in one pedals like the jekyl and hyde or route 66, but I could get a DS-7 and a TS-7, spend less and have the same types of effects right?

Re: Ibanez Pedals: Are they worthy?

I only have experience with the CF-7 and the LF-7, so here's my rundown:

the CF-7 - an ok pedal on both effects. but i found both sides of it to be a little thin. not much depth but still very noticable. I did not like this pedal as much as the boss flanger. I actually sold this pedal to Dooogz on this forum and he LOVES it. it's just a matter of taste on this one.

the LF-7 - does exactly what it's meant to do. lot's of tones available and very useful. Picture the beginning of Flaw's "Only the Strong Survive" on their first disc. Set the LoFi to the AM radio setting and the pedal nails the tone.
