Ibanez Rg320 pickup change!

I am about to change the pickups on my Ibanez rg320 because the don't sound that good to me, they lack some power and definition here and there.
I'm looking for a metal sound, perhaps similar to Lamb of God, Avenged Sevenfold. But with a lot of harmonic response and as balanced as possible.
I was thinking about going with the following combos:

1- Invader bridge , Invader neck
2- Invader bridge, 59' model neck/sh-2
3- Distortion bridge, 59' neck/ sh-2
4- Custom 5 bridge, 59' neck/ sh-2

Would any of this be any good for the sound I'm looking for?

BTW, i'm running the guitar trough a marshall jcm 900

Seymour Duncan Custom with a Full Shred in the neck, or if you go the DiMarzio route, and because you mentioned Lamb Of God, DiMarzio Mark Morton Dominion set.
