****... i don´t know if what lacks sustain on this ibanez are the Bridge, lo trs, or the pickups itself, or the guitar.
and i never played enough time in a basswood/maple neck guitar to figure out it´s tone.
so i´m having difficult to Realize/figure out what pickups to combine well with this ibanez.

IF you ask me .. its the pups. maybe also the floyd, cos you said it detuned a bit .. even if its a crappy ibanez trem, it should stay in tune unless you do some freaky things
the custom .. big fat tone with quite some output .. you got the CC.. think of the custom as a bigger brother that just got out of jail and is pissed off hehe

The reason I asked is because if you don't use the bar to raise the pitch, you can put a block in it, and get back a lot of the sustain.
