Ibanez super 70 Duncan hybrid?

I have an old Ibanez super 70 which has the tang broken off the baseplate its been sitting in my parts drawer for years, I have an old 59 and an old JB and an old custom (all before logo) sitting around, I got a wild Idea of taking, one coil of the Ibanez and one coil of one of the Duncans along with the wood spacers and A8 mag from the Ibanez and a Duncan baseplate, dont even know if it will work without re-drilling/tapping the Ibanez but I thought it would be kinda cool, I'm thinking the custom/Ibanez with the A8. I sold most of my super 70's at a pretty nice price, I really dont know what all the fuss is about, yes the bridge sounds good, in the neck to me MEH. I think the low wind with the A8 makes it sound good but not that good. I replaced the neck one I had with a PG in a 76 LP copy and no comparison, the PG smokes it. Bridge I went from the super 70 to a super dist, an original prototype invader (owned it since 1982) old 59 2 conductor bridge and now a 59 custom hybrid, its GREAT but the old 59 just had something I miss but the 59/custom hybrid has great sweet highs and is 4 conductor, ITS PRETTY CLOSE TO PERFECT..........in this guitar very strange combo, African mahogany, Sen Ash top, maple neck 24.75 scale..................https://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/572x763q90/69/1000571x.jpg
