I bought it for fun and modding!
I've just played it over my v-amp but if it has the same effect on my real amp it gonna rock.

Yep, I bought a modded one from John. Very nice pedal (I don't really know about it in the stock form but sounds awesome once modded)... enjoy!

Re: Ibanez TS7

It has the JRC4558D chip stock which I think is one of the better one ....
I want to mod some things, maybe you can give me some tips/advices john :)

Re: Ibanez TS7

Hm it seems to tighten up everything. I wanted it to fat and tight things up a bit and I *edit* was afraid *edit* it would just fat it up...
It adds some fizz but in a good way and add clarity makes it compressed: sounds very modern imo

Settings: Drive 9 'o clock, tone 11, level 12 mode: ts9
hot mode fat sound up but sucks imo

Still not played thru a real amp :(

Maybe it'll turn out to not be the right pedal for your situation?

Re: Ibanez TS7

No, it's just what I want
But I couldn't believe it works that well for a "modern" sound ...
but I give a review after the next band practice...

Oh ok,cool....My bad! :smack:

Re: Ibanez TS7

Played it loud and it sounded awesome.
Tight bottom, low mid growl, fat mids, added clarity...
I couldn't get the amp sound muddy with the TS (with the right settings of the TS)!!

How could I live without an overdrive? :smack:
