Ibender Blazemaster ;) project

Hi, just finished my first partscaster. All parts except for pickguard, locking nut, tuners, switches and straplocks are second hand.

body: '81 Ibanez Blazer, basswood
neck: Mighty Mite 22 fret, maple with rosewood fingerboard. Previous owner parted out his Jazzmaster partscaster. I removed the laquer (saved front of the headstock only) and finished it in oil
pickups: 59 brigde trembucker, Duckbucker bridge, Jazz neck
bridge: Gotoh floyd with Ibanez Edge studs. The bridge was installed by my local tech.
tuners: Gotoh

The guitar sounds great. Suprisingly fat in bridge (UOA5 there), very stratty when humbuckers are split or parallel.

What do you think? :)

Re: Ibender Blazemaster ;) project

thanks guys,
the pictures are crappy. the tortoise / lake placid blue combo is really nice in the daylight.

I couldn't find a nice floyd rose equiped guitar with classic chunky neck. So I made it :) I had to shim saddles to get right radius at bridge, I also installed OFR 10 inch nut.
