Hello, newbie here: recently purchased older Yamaha upgraded model guitar with HSH setup SD pickups. After inspection, I have found on the back of the pickups the following stickers: 59NPR, B, PGP. On the front SeymourDuncan imprint. Looking for more info about those, I guess vintage pickups. Appreciate any help.

Pearly Gates bridge, possibly Plus version? (There's no P winder for humbuckers, and I seem to recall the original Pearly Plus was standard spacing?)
Hot Rails bridge in the middle
59 neck (RP I'm guessing is reverse polarity, which might be to split both and keep humbucking. It's not winder initials.)

White stickers with plain black Helvetica font and no serial or date code was before 2002

Here's the reference:

id guess that its a pearly gates plus and reverse polarity 59 neck, possibly pulled from a fender big apple strat. the single coil size humbucker is a hot rails bridge

Yep, Pearly Gates Plus bridge (these were RW/RP from the factory since they were made for Fender), Hot Rails bridge model in the middle, and RW/RP '59N for neck position.
