Concrete should be a very neutral material. Should be about all speaker-tone at that point.

Sound might be fine, but I suspect your styrofoam cab isn't going to last for very long while gigging.

Only gonna play it at home and the occasional VFW gig.

My leslie cab has tolex inside and out. I notice a difference in sound compared to the all wood ones.

Make sure you use glass bottles instead of the cheap cans

I have a love/hate thing with my EONs. They sound good for vocals, but guitar sounds strange through them.

ABS is probably going to have a brighter tone to it. Probably why it works better with acoustic.
