Signature guitars are tits. However, young players should strive to find a guitar to make their own through their own journey.

That being said, I would rock a Signature Jimmy Page LP from the late 90s in a heartbeat.

The pelham blue one.

If I recall it was one of the first Epis to use Gibson pickups. At the time no one liked Epiphone pickups

That's the one I like. I almost bought the one with the case, certificate, signed pups, and the mismatched knobs. Then I realized, I could could get the same one, without the bling, for half the price. I did. It's the one I put my P-Rails set into.

I still haven't wired that sucker up yet.

Mine would be simple. Black Les Paul Custom Lite with a set of covered Black Winters, locking tuners and a Sophia trem, nickle hardware.

My sig would just be someone else's sig; like a Scotty Moore ES-295, Keef Richards '59 Bigsby burst, or a Pete Townshend Gibson Deluxe with Dual Sound DiMarzio and full switching, or Pete Townshend Schector Tele, or Pete Townshend-modified Eric Clapton Strat, or a good ole' Jimmy Page Les Paul and Mirror Tele.

I guess my own sig would actually be the zebrawood Jackson HSS I have with a Custom Custom bridge, Injector neck in the middle and VV 54 Pro neck, with triple shot push/pulls on the volume/tone. It does every sound I need pretty well.
