The 50% off was on the msrp NOT their regular price.
For example:their reg price for a Vendetta was $149, but the sale price was $117 (not quite 50% right). You can buy that same guitar just about anywhere (Musicians Friend, Music 123, Guitar Center, E Bay, Amazon, etc) for $99 and Musicians Friend has an additional 5% off of that. The salesman checked to see if he could match the MF price, and came back and said they couldn't go any lower than their sale price. BS!!!
