Wow...that's a great price of $700 CDN for your Strat. I paid $1,100 for my 1998 Fender American Standard Strat back in 2005. It included a Fender hardshell case. They stopped calling them American Standard around the year 2000 so you likely have an American Series Strat if it's dated 2012...not 100% sure since Fender keeps changing the name every so often to generate sales.

Nice color.
Very good price. It's only about twice the price of the case alone.
Super pickups. You can play just about anything with those.
Great guitar.

I actually like the color of the pickguard. (I really don't like the sparkly one).

Cool guitar, Strats always make for a great NGD, especially when the color is that!
