I'm getting rid of these stupid Celstions in my Marshall 1960A cab. They just don't sound good. What's the best way to put them on ebay? All 4, pairs, or singles?

With the right amp, those speakers are far from "stupid"
I'd sell them as a set of 4, and then give a little discount on Ebay with the "buy it now" pricing...or throw in shipping...whatever.
If you find they dont sell but you got alot of emails/request to sell as a pairs or singles..then try and sell them that way when you relist. (re-list the first auction as a pair instead of a quad, and then put up new auctions for the remainder)

Don't list why you're getting rid of them; you're only going to swamp yourself with questions as to what head you had and why you didn't like them. It's a time-waster. Just list the facts about them.
Remove them from the cab. For all anyone knows they could be blown and torn and you're trying to unload them and by not documenting that creating a loophole by being able to say that they didn't ask and that the pictures were adequate documentation.
Sell them individually but offer to combine for shipping.
