Importance of F spacing on a Strat type body?

I am considering a duncan '59SH1, both neck and bridge in my Strat type body neck thru Kit guitar, however it isnt the f spaced. is it important to get the f spaced fot this application? I mean, didnt the original Humbucker Starts like Eddie Van Halen just have a regular Gibson spaced humbucker in it? Who has regular Gibson spaced Humbuckers in their "strat" guitars, and how does it work. is the F spacing really critical for the pickup? Thanks.

I used a regular DM X2N in my Strat years ago, and it was fine. But, I had everything running really hot and overdriven. I suspect that when one gets into more subtle playing styles, imprecise string alignment may be more obvious to the ear.

It's not as critical on the bridge pickup to have perfect alignment as it is on the neck.

Not critical at all. I have a standard spaced humbucker in the bridge of one of my Strats and it's fine. In my other Strat it's F-Spaced (DiMarzio term, Trembucker = Seymour Duncan term. Both mean the same thing) but that's only because I got lucky and someone was selling a F-Spaced model.

Coincidentally, I have a Trem-spaced humbucker in my Kramer, where the pickup is angled. Before Trem-spacing/F-Spacing, bridge humbucker pickups would be angled so the poles did line up.

The X2N is a rail pickup so trem-spaced / standard spaced does not apply.
