So I guess I'm the proud new owner of a Pegasus & Sentient set! The only problem is that I have no idea what I'm going to do with them? I was online shopping for a Reverse Zebra SH-10N and I came across this auction for the Peg./Sent. set, there was about 3 hrs left till it was done & it was up to $149. So thinking there's no way I'll win I bid $150 and kinda just forgot about it, I found the SH-10 I wanted, dropped $90 on that & took my kid swimming. When I got home I checked my email, congrats you won!!! Awesome, I think?

I mostly own Alder or Ash Strat's & Tele's & I'm a little worried about how they'll sound in a Strat. I mean let's face it, my 54 Reissue probably wasn't the guitar they had in mind when they were designing this set? Nevertheless they are pretty amazing pickups! I've played a guitar loaded with a Nazgul in the bridge and a Sentient in the neck & it was awesome! Very powerful but also very clear sounding, I really liked them!! Then again that was in a basswood bodied shred stick with a Floyd. I guess my A.S.A.T. might like them? I think they'll do well in a chambered Mahogany body with a Maple neck and Rosewood fretboard. If worse comes to worse I can return them but if it comes to that I'll probably put them up on the Trading Post for a few days first, this way maybe I can pass my savings along? I basically saved $30-$50 bucks on the set, depending on where you buy your Duncan's....
