Very mid-heavy guitar tone ... Thought it was pretty nasal at first, and then it grew on me.

Yeah I do like the V2 humbucker and S1 singles.....but they as you point out...juuuust a tad too middy.
So I stuck a couple of Micro Coils on it and a L-500L...
It seems to suit it nicely enough.
Will record some with those later on.
