After all the pain, angst, wondering etc....my decision was made for me.

I hit buy on a pretty good offer not eh item shown below. Part of my quest to acquire the entire (or most of) Washburn Accelerator Series. I am awaiting delivery...

Currently I have the Stack-In-A-Box, Chorus, Flanger, and Delay. Still use them, still love them!

I remember that series.. I always wanted a Stack ina Box despite not knowing if it was, indeed ,a Stack in a Box.

It is, indeed, a Stack in a Box. Dual MOSFET preamps stacked on the inside. Quite revolutionary for 1983-ish.
