Which prong is this in the picture closest?

i think that would be the hot, the ground is the one that is closer to the center and usually lower down and it appears to be shorter......the hot is the one more on hte outside and should be a bit longer, the difference should be readily apparent. that prong closest is the hot from what i can tell
