Installing some stacked single coils...

I had at one point installed some stacked single coils from from Seymour Duncan in my Godin Artisan ST. I pulled them to try a couple different sets, but have decided to put them back in. It has been so long that I can't remember which way I had them configured. I have an STK-S9, STK-S7, and an STK-S6. After researching, I think I should put the 9 in the bridge, the 7 in the middle, and the 6 in the neck.

I have it wired to do this in each position:
1 - bridge
2 - bridge/middle
3 - bridge/neck
4 - middle/neck
5 - neck

My question to you all is where I should put the 6 and 7. What would be best, 6 in the middle with the 7 in the neck OR the 7 in the middle with the 6 in the neck?

I'd put the 6 in the neck, as the 7 has more mids, and usually the middle pickup could use that.
