Hey could you guys recommend me some good worthwhile Instructional DVD's

I'm planning on buying the John Petrucci rock disipline, but thats really tho only one i know of,

Really just any that are actually worthwhile and worth looking at..

well, i'm biased about petruccis rock discipline.. it's gerat for education, but the stuff he pulls of is more frustrating than watching satch play
