Looking for Real Life
well, i was over at my friends house the other day, brought my bohemoth of an amp with me & we played some guitar for awhile
my friend is running a plexi reissue with a new mercury magnetics output transformer, jumped, into an orange cab with v30's
it sounded really good like playing seperatly, good complimentary tones & all that, and i ended up leaving it there cuz, well i got real drunk & said "screw it, i'll pick it up in a couple days"
while it was over there he decided to run both at the same time, called me the next day & told me how badass it sounded, i figured sure it prolly sounds pretty cool
well, he showed it to me when i went over there &, well, jesus. PERFECT match, it was like a revamped jtm45 or something. Had all the best qualities from both. I like brit mids but not lows or highs, and american lows & highs but not mids, and well, this just sorta brought em all together. Sounded amazing
