Interesting neck through strat

I saw this neck through strat style guitar on ebay today. Just wondering if anyone can id it? Charvel?

It looks rather interesting if you ask me. I really like the neck through design with the strat headstock.

It's got a Charvel logo on the headstock, but who knows.

But now i am looking at it again i think it maybe one of those jb player strats?

How does he know the date? How was it "refurbished"? If refurbished, why does it need a setup?

Not convinced that's a Charvel. He says "not sure of the maker" and I'm guessing when he says "made it cool", that included the addition of the headstock decal, but who knows. Still, a neck-through strat at that price would be worth a bid just to check it out
