So..for the pictures (Evan, Erik, Luke) is the verdict certain than or might it be ok if I sent these links to MJ in reply to her mail she send me? She declined they were CS by the description/DC I mailed her? DO not want to impose either you know-not sure how this normally goes?

El Ridcully, I am not often around(mistake) but I love the site, and I always get bad urges when I see all those sweet Kramers

Niles El Ridcully yes now I know- be around more often-especially around Expo (Nashville) time lot's of news is happening.

Just got word from MJ at the Custom Shop:

Final word is:

F-spaced Zebra-most likely EVH '78

The 2 black ones are Alnico 2 Pro's Custom Shops. No EVH's :no1:

So the quest continues-I want EVH's bridge-Mojo Mojo and asap I will replace the black one with the Zebra one. (I read about an upcoming sale?)

Also the paper thing (8,96DC) that came with the zebra is not belonging to the zebra (see pics). It is for a regular spaced black EVH/78. The zebra came in a guitar and the paper was in the guitar's case..so that's curious but possible as well.

Replaced the Alnico 2 for the Zebra EVH-and yes..there it is..it only differs 0,5DC but seems like a world. Both are excellent but totally different. No more sounding like singlecoil for the clean sounds. But tighter bottom, more harmonics, not THAT warm but piercing highs, tapping is more full bodied.

So the EVH wins for my kind a music-but both are excellent.

Just my 2 cents for who still reads along;-)
