So I recently finished my telecaster custom build .
2piece ash body
80s tokai strat neck
Seymour Duncan pickups 1seth lover ,1 54tele lead
Fender ashtray bridge
Vintage gotoh tuners .
I have $730cad/$578 usd into it .
And it weighs 10 pounds

The neck is amazing . I couldn’t stand the strat but couldn’t part with the neck

I was really expecting a different colour!!

But I do have a softspot for that 70's natural look - which you've captured really well

Really nice! Nice amp too!

Was the wood 10 pounds? Or is the guitar 10 pounds assembled total? I can believe the latter because I have an ash Tele and put a custom wiring in with 3 pots and two switches and all that extra wiring totally made it like slinging a Les Paul.
