Invader x Custom

Is there a pick-up that holds the best of these 2?
I love the crunch of the Invader but might have some more mids, or said in another way, an edgier, crunchier Custom.
I compared both today, I considered the Custom to be my favourite pup, but the Invader has more edge, harmonics. It 'screams' more if you know what I mean.

Err.... you could take one invader coil and one custom coil and put it on the same baseplate? .... that way you'd get a "Custom Invader" hybrid!

I have an Invader and it is awesome, i highly recommend. Just dial in more mids on your amp, to make it more "Custom" sounding.
