Is it possible?

I'm looking for a small amp for practice/recording at dorm volumes. I can spend $150 to about $300. I would like to get a tube amp, maybe like 5-15w that still has a decent, reasonably versatile tone. Is it possible to get one in this price range? Maybe have one built? (i'm not sure how much that stuff usually runs) I realize that at this price I'll be compromising somewhere, so it's ok if the amp's pretty bare-bones. Any suggestions?

Does it have to be all tube? If not, try out the Vox AD15VT. If its gotta be all tube, I know Epiphone makes an all tube single channel amp for real cheap. I've never tried it tho...
