Is the lead wire long enough on these to install comfortably?

This is probably a silly question but i’ve never installed pickups before so just wanted to be safe. I just bought these used pickups (Pegasus/Sentient Set) and my friend said the lead wire needs to be long enough because sometimes people cut them too short. I can see it wraps around the pickup almost twice so yea im probably just paranoid but I just wanted to post and be sure! Also lmk for any tips on installing these! Theyre going on a Ibanez S521; Mahogany Body.

Probably enough, if not it's not a problem to extend it.

The holes in the baseplate look widened on the other hand, are you doing direct mount? Might need to plan on using nuts or swapping baseplates.

I've found guitars vary greatly in the length of lead they need. You can measure the guitar roughly using a ruler to see what the measurement is.....or place the pickups on the guitar in the right spot and see how far the leads reach to. As you have bought already you are either selling on, or extending the leads if they don't work.

1) thats a whopping sh!tton of wire
2) you CAN extend wires. Easily.
