I've been watching lots of videos of this amp lately and I think it does all the things my dark terror can't do, Awesome Cleans, Seems like it would work awesome in stereo pushed with a boost also.....Is there any glaring reasons I should stay away from it? I'm loving it right now....

Any glaring reasons? No. The only thing I could see being an issue is clean headroom. They don't have much. They are really cool amps. I'm amazed my curiosity of them hasn't put one on my wall yet.
