Is there a way to hook my recording rig up the computer?

I've been looking to get Cubase or a similar computer-based recording program, and would like to know how I can hook my Carvin mixer up to it. I use the two XLR outs it has for stereo recording; I prefer to use these, but it also has 1/4" outputs if I need them. Is there a way I can hook it up to my computer via USB port? Some sort of adaptor or something?

I've also been looking into the Line 6 GuitarPort for late-night recording, it sounds so simple and convenient! However, I need to use my Carvin mixer for recording my tube amps and other instruments.

Tascam UB 144, or an M-Box. That's what I'd go for.
