Is this a real Seymour Duncan?

Hi everyone! I have a very strange pickup here. I think it is a fake, but I could not find any similar photos with the legit or the fake, so it is interesting anyway. The logo appears to be engraved. The font is very strange. The baseplate appears to be nickel plated brass (look at the threaded holes). It's funny that the holes in the baseplate are not under the coil with screws, but under the coil with unregulated cylinders. The wire with two blue and two white cores. It comes out of the coil at the top (have you ever seen anything like that?). Unfortunately, the inside is covered in wax - this pickup had a cover. Resistance 4.8+4.7 kOm. It's really strange pickup. What do you think of its origin?

Definitely not a Duncan! I don't even think that baseplate is real SD.

I got a TB6 and I'm waiting for a TB5, both used. I know buying used is a risk but new prices have gone bananas here and I just want to tryna few models without being sure if I'll like them. So here is the TB6. Looks legit and it's in obvious used condition:

Yup, that one's legit :)

And here is the TB5. Again it has been used and seems legit. It was on a direct mount guitar as the center hole has been drilled. Measurement is 14.7K which is bang on. The only question I'd have if the ceramic magnet is regular or double thickness, as this one has a regular thickness magnet.

I think you're ok with that one, as well

Just a couple of close ups. I see the plastic bobbin is a bit cracked on the slug side so I don't think a Chinese copy would emulate that lol.
Thank you all for the words of re assurance on these!

Looks like it was reamed out for direct mount. Just something to consider if you were planning on using it in a ring or on a pickguard.

Yeah, I saw that but I had bought a few nuts for othe pickups that had the tabs drilled for direct mount, so I'll use those.

Hi everyone!
I have the opportunity to buy a TB4, the person tells me that they come from a Jackson US soloist. I wanted to know if these are the real Seymour Duncan or not. And possibly know the year.
Thank you for your help

Welcome to the forum.

They look legit, even though the labels differ slightly. Those appear to be both bridge models, made after 2002 but before whatever year they started doing date codes (I don't remember).

Hi there
I am new to this forum and thank you in advance for your help.

I got 2 humbuckers from 2 different sellers on ebay.

An SH2N (in the box) from "rkstarwars" shop in the US that sells a bunch of things and a SH4B (no box) from albleo0, a seller in Sri Lanka that sells mostly Fishman PU for acoustic guitars. Seems like there was one complaint that one of his Fishman pickup was a fake.

Some of the redflags I noticed:

The front fonts on both of them.
The back plate of the sh4 is upside down relative to the direction of the front and the font of the made in America look weird, also no back sticker. The circles of the logo don't seem to be lining up with the "S"
The hole for the lead wire on the sh4 seems too round.
The red color of the box for the SH2 seems too pale, the font where the barcode is seems fake...

I'd love to hear your opinion. Thank you.

Stevan

The SH-4 could be legit. The SH-2N looks like the plate is a fake, or composed of parts from several old pickups. The SH-2 bobbins can't be from 2018 because the logo changed around 2014 to the thicker font. What do the pickups read on an ohm meter?
