a while ago i picked up a very beat up tweed fender "blues deluxe" (sort of a pre-courser to HRD series) the indicater light diddnt come and the tweed was nasty but it sounded damn good.... LATLEY IT HAS BEEN MISBEHAVING for example it makes a crackley static sound when playing low pitched notes on E and A, also the volume cuts out now and then when playing hard somtimes it gets quiet and makes a "wistle" noise ....until i kick it  then it stops and volume returns to normal. any chance this is a pre-amp tube problem? cause that would be nice and easy to fix.... i just replaced the power tubes with no positive impact
WHATS THE MATTER WITH MY AMP, thx
