Is this as low of a price as it looks?

I just found This on CL, I then looked them up and the unsigned ones are around 799-899$ Was I looking up the wrong thing, and if not does it being signed raise its value? Sorry if this is the wrong section, just joined today and only my 3rd post.

Well, Id price a new one and see what they go for and compare. then determine if the autograph (if it's authentic) is worth the diff to you.. Im not sure what the go for new and without proof of authentication on sig, it may not be worth alot more than a stock one. (I couldnt see the listing, so if there is proof then disregard.) But it would be a cool guitar to have and the sig would be a good conversation piece.

Thanks for the welcoming!! And yes it has a Certificate of Authenticity and is supposedly in "Mint" condition. On Musician's Friend they're 899$, and this one is 699$. Mostly I'm just looking around, I just started guitar two weeks ago, got a Washburn X12.

All I'm wondering is how you claim a relic'd instrument as mint? I'm not bashing relics, but the seller could claim any real scratches/dents/etc to just be part of the factory relicing. Sneaky sneaky.
