Is this buzz normal after a pickup swap? (video)

Hello, I just swapped out the pups from my telecaster (this is my first single coil or non noiseless pups in a long time) and since they were expensive pickups I had a guitar shop do the swap and also change out the wiring to a premium set including shielding (it was originally a 2001 MIM). Does this hum sound normal from the video? When I touch the strings or knobs, it stops.

If it's not normal, it's frustrating because I noticed the same thing when I got this guitar, but I figured the swap would make it right if it had a grounding issue. Thank you for your advice!

Does the new bridge pickup have a plate? If so that needs to be connected to ground as well. I would do that with a short wire from the plate to a small eyelet that would fit snuggly around one of the pickup height screws. The screws are touching the bridge which is connected to ground (or should be).

In fact, if your replacement pickup does not have a plate, then the bridge does need to be grounded. With a pickup plate, it doesn't because it is getting connected to ground through the connected plate and pickup ground connection.
