Is this just the Custom shop Im1 renamed?

There are pictures of the boxes for the "Frankenstein Custom Shop" floating around online. My guess is, yes, they are probably the same. Using the Frankenstein name is more marketable than "IM1".

That said, I would NEVER spend CS prices for that pickup, especially since it's now approaching $190 (!!!)

Get an EVH-branded Frankenstein, which is made by Seymour Duncan for EVH, for $100-$120 and be happy

Thanks i do agree they are a bit expensive. those fender ones are sometimes as low as $75 online.
