Is this wiring diagram right or does it create a phase issue?

I'm wiring up a 2 humbucker guitar with a 5-way super switch and I'd like to do something like this https://www.seymourduncan.com/blog/the-tone-garage/do-it-all-2-humbuckers-and-a-5-way-switch but wanted to add Push/Pull Pots to also have Parallel/Series options for Positions 1/3/5. I found this diagram from a few years ago but it looks reverse wired with a magnet flip, would this create OOP issues for the middle positions?

The reverse wire and mag flip is required for the inner pair and outer pair selections to be hum cancelling as well, as normally they wouldn't. After reversing the totality of the wires of the one pickup, the mag flip then makes everything go back in phase.

Ok thanks I'll give this wiring a go and see how it works. I've got another HSS guitar with the Humbucker on a Series/Split/Parallel switch and find given the choice I like the humbucking parallel sound over split.
