I own a Schecter Blackjack 006 guitar with Duncan JB/59n pups and a 5 way switch. Since the tone know doesn't really work I have been planning to get it replaced with one of the right taper value (the dealer who sold it to me said that to cut costs schecter uses the same audio taper pots for both tone and volume which is why the tone works so badly for a lot of them). Since I am doing that I thought that it would be cool to have a push-pull installed to tap the pickups. The only problem is I would like a really complicated setup: I want it tp be the same as it is now with the pot in one position and have only single coil tone modes in the other so right now it is:
Neck 59 humbucker
Neck 59 Parallel
59 and JB Humbucking
JB Parallel
and JB humbucking
I would like it to be this when i pull the switch if possible:
One 59 coil
59 parallel
one coil 59 and one coil JB
JB parallel
one coil JB
is this possible or am I just insane, I tried to work it out on paper but it got too much for my head so I gave up.
