Is this wiring OK ?

In an Ibanez i have a Seymour TB12 wired to a vol pot witch has a push to split the p-u .
This pot has three soldering points up and three soldering points down .
Red and White are soldered together at a point up ,
Shield and Black are soldered together at a point up , so there is a free point in the middle up .
Green is soldered at one point down , the one under the shield and black one .

Thanks Jeremy , there are two others p-u and no tone pot .
I was just wondering if the shield is going to ground , is it normal that is is soldered with the black ( hot ? ) .
