So I have been gassing hard for an EBMM Axis for years and I finally snagged one last week!

The craftsmanship, playability, and tone is perfection! The guitar plays itself and sounds awesome to boot! The stock Axis pickups are some of the best I've ever played! They work perfect for my style!! I'm stoked to have this and loving it every minute I play it!

So here are a few pics and a link to a quick recording I did. Excuse the recording as I dd throw it together in about 15 minutes to tone test the guitar! Played to a backing track with the Axis, Axe Fx 2 direct to reaper. So judge lightly lol!

Axe FX II makes me feel funny ! That is a pretty great sounding clip for a stock guitar.

How do you like the fret size, CrookTele?

My Axis is one of my best sounding guitars, but I liked the frets on the MM Morse model a bit better.

To be honest, I didnt think twice about the fret size. To me it's extremely comfortable. What I do know is I hate the jumbo frets on the American Special series by fender by a mile. My CrookTele has 6105 fretwire and they feel somewhat similar.

Axis + AxeFx is a nice combination. The previous owner of my Axis added a push-pull coil split and I find it to be a really useful mod. Both pickups sound very nice when split.

Dude with licks like that you could make a rubber band sound great.
